  1. ORDERING
    By ordering you declare that you understand and accept all conditions of these terms. You may order parts by the Internet. Orders are accepted 24 / 7.
  2. CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER AND DELIVERY
    An order is accepted when confirmed by Producer via e-mail or telephone. You can contact us in Polish and English.
    Our standard delivery time is 7 days after receipt of payment. (the terms become effective after receiving money on the Producer's account).
    After collecting the order, the Seller will ship the boards by Polish post to the address shown on the order form. Time of transport depends on the place of delivery. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, during normal working hours.
    The information about your order and it’s production status is available any time by e-mail, by phone and on the website (for Customers who have an account).
  3. PRICING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
    You will find a price list for our products on our website www.fun-elements.com . The prices are given in Euro and available after loging in. The Seller has the right to change pricing shown on the website, introduce new products to the offer, to conduct, recall or change promotions at any time.

    FUN-ELEMENTS.COM takes responsibility if the delivered goods are different from the ordered ones.
  5. RETURNS
    Customer May return any board within 10 days after receiving the shipment. Special orders can not be returned.
    Upon receipt of a returned board, credit will be returned to your account number within 14 business days.
    All products must be returned in its original package and must not be damaged. The customers is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  6. PERSONAL DATA
    Any personal data collected from our Customers are kept in FUN-ELEMENTS.COM database. Every customer has right to check and amend their data.
